Husband bought a Jeep from there yesterday. Brought it home, and for health and practical reasons, it is not what we need. Brought it back today to Marler Ford and was told they would not honor a 3 days remorse! Stuck with it for 45 days then he can trade it in and of course make another sale....
I drive an extra 15 min out of my way to come to this Ford place for car service. They give top quality service, their rates are responsible and above all I trust the things that they tell me about my car are true. Plus they have a rewards program so you can save $$
Have always enjoyed the service department there and have never had an issue with them as far as that goes. Now salesmen have been nice for the most part until my last experience there. I've never had a salesman call and talk to me the way one did at Marler for not buying a car from him and purchasing one at another location. If I signed papers on any car they threw at me I'd be in debt up to my neck. Another dealership made a better offer on the same car and had payments where my wife wanted. Don't tell me to drive out and see you 3 different times and you had it all taken care of and to get out there two of the three times and the payments were $175 more than you told me on the phone. They've lost my business as far as buying a vehicle from them. Will still use service any day off the week, but will never deal with this salesman again
